In July 2010 Oikos Music launched as an Adult Contemporary Record Label, focused on the creating beautiful music for the growing 45+ age demographic and starting on day one complete with a network of global distribution partners.
Oikos Music has cultivated one of the most active online integrated Classical Crossover portals www.classicalcrossover.co.nz and will be creating similar genre portals for Country Crossover, Singer Songwriter and Instrumental chill music through the use of proactive online integrated networks and by leveraging leading edge mass market technologies.
ARTIST SUBMISSIONS
Oikos Music has partnered with USA based www.sonicbids.com to solicit artist, producer and label release submissions from Classical Crossover, Country Crossover, Singer Songwriter and Instrumental artists worldwide. Importantly, Oikos Music will provide a proactive distribution and licensing channel focused on personal relationships.
ARTIST MANAGEMENT
Sonicbids will also be the submissions partner for Artist Management as Oikos Music seeks to nurture the talent of a generation of commercial artists. One of the aims is to empower artists to embark on a career path that as a positive influence on culture and society while also being able to make a sustainable living from their music.
Oikos believes in a model of ‘empowering’ artists to develop the knowledge to play an active role in decision making and creativity. The artist business development program involves both education and commercial infrastructural development as an integral part of the Artist Management model.

FEE FOR SERVICES
Fee for services activities which include ‘Yulia & Friends Workshops & Concerts’, ‘Vocalists Diagnostic’, ‘Music Career Diagnostic’ and ‘Artist Brand & Online Integration & Monetisation’ projects. Yulia & Friends shows have raised tens of thousands of dollars for NZ communities.
